Well, I got a new cousin a few weeks agon ^^ The problem was she was born quite early (not premature early) so we weren't really...prepared XD My aunt and uncle had her home for two days before she had to be airlifted to a hospital O_O That my friend, is scary. They had to do all sorts of tests to see where her infection was for at least a wee and guess what? THEY NEVER FOUND IT! Now she's back home, but the doctor thinks she has a click in her hip. *sigh* Another problem is we're *thinks* four states away! Well, at least in a few weeks I'll get to visit them...

Okay, so my mom and I decided to rent some mocies yesterday, make pizza, and stay up late watching them. Our movies were Rat Race, I am Legend, Cloverfield, Mr. Bean's Holiday, and Stand by Me.

Rat Race: Frigging hilarious. I would suggest this to anyone who likes extremely random comedies. It's about eight people racing to Silver City in a race to get two-million dollars that an eccentric casino-owner has put in a locker at the Silver City Train Station. Little do they know, it's a publicity private stunt that the casino-owner pulled so that other multi-millionair gamblers could bet on who would win the race.

I am Legend: Okay, this was a good movie. For those who don't know, it's about the last man on earth who was immune to an epidemic that basically turns people into flesh-eating zombies. The disease came from a mutated version of the measles that some lady invented to cure cancer. Well, I thought that this movie rocked, but it'll make you want to lock your doors and windows and not comeout for a few days XD

Cloverfield: Oh crap, my mom got soooo motion sick during this movie XD (and that's only the second time in her life that she's gotten motion sickness) Did anyone else get sick just from that shakey camera? Anyway, this movie is made in the perspective of an onlooker with a camera, meaning it's made like a civilian grabbed a camera an filmed it. It explains nothing of how any of the monsters work or how they got here. I didn't really like it because it was so...confusing. I know it was made to be that way, but come on. It was an okay movie. Though I must admit, the flaming homeless guy comment was hilarious XD

Mr. Bean's Holiday: Heh, okay so number one I love Mr. Bean. It's basically about Mr. Bean winning a raffle to the beach, him getting lost, chasing a chicken, becoming a street performer, being accused of kidnapping, and much more. It was pretty funny and any Bean fan should totally see it XD

Stand by Me: Okay, this ia an old Stephen King movie about four kids journeying to see a dead body because they want the fame and glory of finding it. There's this kid who's been missing and one of the boys over hears his brother talking about finding the body but not telling anyone because the cops would find out they were driving in a hot-wired car. It's got lot's of cursing and self-discover and it's a good movie.

HOLY CRAP.

The picture I did ([link]) has been chosen to be displayed in a student art gallery in my state's capital for a year O_O I'm so excited! I wish I could go see it in the gallery, but alas, 'tis too far away ;~; Ah well. At least I got in! This is the first time any of my art will be on display at anything like this! YAY!

IT'S PI(E) DAY!!! *blows tiny whistle and puts on party hat* You know what that means!!! PIE!!! Pi(e) Day is on March the fourteenth (3-14) because pi eqauls 3.14 (with a whole buch of other numbers too). At school we ate pies. Twelve pies to be exact (though I think another teacher took two of ours). I got to bring strawberry cheesecake (yuuuumm...)

Oh, and I also won a Guitar Hero 3 tournament (in the "easy" class mind you). In the next tournament I get to be in medium 8D It was so much fun. It was just a bunch of GH3 nerds eating hotdogs and talking about...well, Guitar Hero. I was the only girl that won anything *feels accomplished*

Now where's the rest of that pie...
